DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is shipped. Candles are only available via pick up from our Atelier.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Business days are Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause unforeseen delays. Duties and taxes are set by the destination country. The amount of applicable duty and taxes will vary by country and will be determined during checkout.

International shipments will not ship until all items ordered become available. A pre-order item will be noted with its available promise date on the product page. Please note: Some items have shipping stipulations.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We will only accept returns for items that have not been used. Items must be sealed and in the original condition. Upon receipt of returned goods, The Eyebrow Atelier reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
